At PrestigeTCG Ltd, we take pride in providing 100% genuine, sealed collectible items. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Sealed Products

All products sold as “sealed” (booster boxes, booster packs, or other sealed collectibles) are non-refundable once opened.

Eligible for return/refund:

Sealed products that are unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Not eligible for return/refund:

Any product that has been opened, damaged, or tampered with.

Products that have been used or altered in any way.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the issue.

We will either:

Send a replacement, or

Issue a full refund.

3. How to Return

Contact us via [Email/Contact Form] with your order number and reason for return.

Keep the product sealed and in original condition.

Ship the item back to: [Insert Return Address]

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Opened products or items not returned in original condition will not be refunded.

All products come with official authentication codes (where applicable) to verify legitimacy.

Buyers are encouraged to review authentication details before opening.

6. Final Sale

All products are final sale once opened, and no exceptions will be made unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
